Jason Watson
Chief Executive Officer
With over two decades of international expertise in manufacturing, transport and logistics, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping TCR’s global presence. Over the past ten years, Jason has spearheaded the company’s expansion across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North America. After serving as Deputy CEO in 2024, Jason assumed the role of CEO in July 2025, driving TCR into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Tom Bellekens
Executive Chairman
Tom has been with TCR for 24 years. During that period he held various roles across operations, finance, business development, strategy and general management. In 2018 Tom became CEO, leading the company through COVID, followed by an enormous expansion phase. After 7 years as CEO, Tom transitioned to Executive Chairman in 2025. In this role Tom combines the management of the Board, as well as more executive responsibilities in the area of strategic long-term growth, senior customer management, and overall company vision and strategy.
Andrew Blincoe
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined TCR in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee. With a strong background in infrastructure banking and corporate finance, he now leads TCR’s financial strategy, risk management and investment planning to support our continued global growth.
Pieter Beliën
Regional Director UKI, France & Nordics
Pieter oversees TCR’s operations across the UK, Ireland, France, and the Nordics, ensuring local market strength aligns with global strategy. With over 20 years in aviation and 12 at TCR, he brings deep understanding of these markets, having lived and worked in both the US and UK.
Benoît Biebuyck
Company Secretary
Benoît provides leadership across TCR’s HR, legal and shared services functions, ensuring the company’s vision and values are upheld while driving effective governance. With 24 years at the company, he supports the Executive Committee in aligning the back-office operations with TCR’s strategic ambitions.
Wayne Brittain
Regional Managing Director Asia Pacific
Wayne leads all operations across Asia and the fast growing Pacific regions including Australia and New Zealand. With extensive experience across the APAC region, he focuses on operational excellence and customer partnerships, driving growth and efficiency across diverse airport environments. Wayne is a former Army Officer and graduate of RMC Duntroon. Wayne has an MBA from Sydney Business School, as well as a Masters Degree from UNSW.
Erik De Harder
Regional Director North Europe
Erik leads operations in North Europe, combining headquarters coordination with local market expertise to drive regional growth and excellence. With three decades of experience in ground-support equipment and airport solutions, he ensures TCR delivers efficient, sustainable services across the Benelux, Germany and its neighbouring countries.
Peter Grypdonck
Chief Operations Officer
Peter joined TCR Group as Chief Operating Officer in April 2025. He oversees Asset & Procurement, Marketing, Eco Centres & Remarketing, Operations and IT & Transformation, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. With senior roles at Bain & Company, eBay, and VentePrivée Group, Peter brings strong expertise in scaling businesses, optimising operations, and leading high-performing teams. His people-focused and results-driven approach reinforces TCR’s customer-centric culture and pursuit of excellence
Kristof Philips
Divisional Chief Executive Officer Airport Solutions
Kristof leads TCR’s Airport Solutions division, focusing on innovative and sustainable partnerships that help airports, airlines, and ground handlers operate more efficiently. With over 20 years of experience in the aviation and ground support industry, he drives growth in electrification, pooling, and smart infrastructure projects, positioning TCR at the forefront of greener airport global operations.
Bruno Van Poucke
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer Bruno leads our commercial department and shapes our commercial strategy. As strategic development and mergers-and-acquisitions Director he leveraged deep commercial insight to support the company’s growth ambitions. He has served in senior leadership roles including commercial director and business-development manager, playing a key role in major deals and market expansion initiatives.
Jorge Vellon
Regional Director South Europe & LATAM
Jorge leads TCR’s operations in Southern Europe, (covering Spain, Italy and Portugal) and LATAM, bringing a strong track record in aviation support services across Iberia. With many years at TCR, he joined in 2009 and now serves as an Executive Committee member. He focuses on delivering tailored ground-support solutions and reinforcing regional growth and customer excellence.

Maxime Baccaert
Business Performance & Strategy Director
Maxime drives TCR’s business performance and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. With over 13 years at TCR, previously serving as commercial manager in the Nordics and Manager of Business Development in HQ, he combines strong expertise in financial analysis, corporate finance, and business planning with hands-on experience in the commercial department and direct exposure to operational realities at a TCR site. This background enables him to drive performance improvements through strategic insight and a data-driven approach, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable growth across the organisation.

Head of Commercial
Elise leads TCR’s global commercial strategy, driving business growth and strengthening customer partnerships worldwide. With nearly 10 years at TCR, previously serving as Pricing, Control & Contract Manager and Commercial Manager — and over 15 years of experience in business analytics and development, she combines strategic insight with financial acumen to deliver sustainable commercial success and value for TCR’s partners.

IT Director
Dries leads TCR’s global IT strategy, ensuring innovative, secure, and efficient digital operations across all regions. With 25 years of experience in IT, including over 17 at TCR and a decade as IT Director, he brings deep expertise in project and program management, IT integration, and business solutions. His leadership drives technology alignment with TCR’s strategic goals and operational excellence worldwide.
Nicolas Cougot
General Manager TCR Nordics
Nicolas leads TCR’s operations in the Nordics, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the region. With 14 years of aviation experience, including roles at SAS Scandinavian Airlines and Envirotainer, he brings expertise in business strategy, market analysis, and change management, combining analytical insight with hands-on leadership to deliver results and strengthen TCR’s regional presence.

Benoît leads TCR’s transformation initiatives, driving strategic change and operational excellence across the organisation. With nearly nine years at TCR and over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, he brings strong leadership in digitalisation, sustainability, operations and continuous improvement. A results-oriented people manager, Benoît excels in implementing strategy, managing change, and delivering measurable performance enhancements throughout TCR’s global network.

Operations Director
Jan leads TCR’s global operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and customer-focused performance across all regions. With seven years at TCR and over 15 years of management experience, he brings broad expertise across production, R&D, service, and headquarters environments. Known as a pragmatic problem solver and team player, Jan balances stakeholder interests while fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
Harold Delloye
Eco Center & Remarketing Director
Harold leads TCR’s Eco Centres and Remarketing division, driving the company’s GSE circularity and sustainability initiatives. With over 11 years at TCR and 18 years in management, he brings deep expertise in business development, strategic project leadership, and multinational team management. A former BCG management consultant, Harold has successfully led regional operations in the Nordics and Asia, combining analytical rigor with a hands-on approach to deliver growth, efficiency, and long-term value for TCR.
Arnaud Dewit
Managing Director Middle East, Belgium and Luxembourg
Arnaud leads TCR’s operations across the Middle East, Belgium, and Luxembourg. With a decade at TCR, he previously served as Group Asset Director and held leadership roles in fleet management, procurement, logistics, and second-hand sales. His strong commercial insight and operational expertise drive performance and sustainable growth across these key regions.

General Manager TCR France
Chafic leads TCR’s operations in France, driving business growth and operational excellence across the region. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, including 15 years in the aerospace sector with companies like Rolls-Royce and Safran, he brings expertise in international business, program management, engineering, and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring strategic and efficient execution of TCR’s initiatives.
Sascha Hommen
General Manager TCR Germany
Sascha leads TCR’s operations in Germany, driving business growth and operational excellence across the region. With nearly 12 years at TCR and 23 years of aviation experience, including his previous role as Finance & Administration Manager, he brings deep expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership to ensure effective and efficient regional performance.
Rob Hutchings
Managing Director TCR UK & IE
Rob is the Managing Director of TCR UK & Ireland, responsible for leading the group’s largest region. With over 14 years of experience in the transportation industry—including more than a decade in senior leadership across public transport and aviation—Rob brings a strategic mindset and deep operational expertise to the role. He is focused on delivering sustainable growth, driving operational performance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service across the region. Under his leadership, TCR UK & Ireland continues to strengthen its market position and deliver measurable value to customers and stakeholders.
Tara Janssens
Group Asset Director
Tara oversees TCR’s global equipment fleet, driving both procurement of new GSE as well as the strategy for asset performance and lifecycle management. With nearly 10 years at TCR, including her previous role as General Manager for TCR Belgium, she combines deep operational insight with strategic leadership to ensure optimal utilisation, reliability, and long-term value across one of the world’s largest GSE fleets.

HR Director
Annick leads TCR’s global HR strategy, focusing on enhancing business efficiency and empowering people to reach their full potential. With 17 years of experience at companies such as DHL Aviation, Alken-Maes, Randstad, and AB InBev, she brings strong expertise in change and talent management, performance improvement, and employee engagement. Her leadership fosters a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence across TCR’s international teams.

General Manager TCR Italy
Alessandro leads TCR’s operations in Italy, driving operational excellence and business growth across the region. With eight years at TCR and 37 years in aviation management, including roles at Sabena, ATA Italia, and Aviapartner — he brings deep expertise in airport and operations management, leadership, and multinational team coordination, ensuring effective and customer-focused performance.
Vinay Rajan
General Manager Malaysia and Singapore
Vinay oversees TCR’s operations across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring regional strength aligns with the company’s global strategy. With over 17 years of international experience in airline sales and ground support equipment, and having worked across multiple continents, he brings deep market insight and a collaborative approach to driving growth and operational excellence. Vinay holds an MBA in Aviation Management from Ecole nationale de l'Aviation civile and a BTech in Electronics and Communication.

With 15 years of management experience focused on leasing and maintenance of equipment, she has a proven track record in enhancing profitability, operational performance, and successful M&A integration. Her leadership focuses on building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable business growth aligned with TCR’s global vision.

Christian leads TCR’s operations in the Netherlands, translating long-term goals into actionable strategies that drive performance and growth. With 14 years of aviation experience, including roles at KLM, Air France, and TUI, and 11 years in management, he combines data-driven decision-making with a collaborative leadership style to deliver results and inspire his team.
Nomie Van de Voorde
Business Integration Manager
Nomie leads business integration and strategic projects at TCR, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives across the organisation. With nearly seven years at TCR, including her previous role as Executive Associate, she plays a central role in post-merger integration, new business start-ups, and the coordination of strategic growth and improvement projects that drive TCR’s continued expansion and efficiency.
